Time Out Oasis Sunshine Kate’s is my oasis. A sense of ease overcomes me as soon as I get there knowing a treat awaits me! I am so grateful for Kate, Georgia, and Amber! I am thankful for the infrared sauna, the yoni steams, the ion foot detox baths, the workshops, and the many people I have met in and out of Kate’s establishment! Helping me center myself Before I had a massage from Desiree or a Craniosacral therapy session with Jennifer, I was stressed beyond belief, with my back blowing out, relationship issues, and the death of a family member. Exactly What I needed! Last week I had my first massage session with Melissa and must say that it was an incredible experience! Fantastic Treatment I have been a couple of times now for cranial sacral with Jennifer. I went for an hour the first time and did an hour and half the second. The hour was great, but that extra 1/2 hour, definitely gave her more time to work on my issues for efficiently. She is quite a remarkable therapist and I would highly recommend her! My husband also went for an hour and a half and he felt exactly the same way. Besides being her talent as a therapist, she truly is a lovely person. :)

She did an amazing job working out the tension in my head, neck, and back with a wonderful combination of massage and cranial sacral therapy. After 2 days I finally felt relief!! The pain and pressure in my head was gone and I had a nice sense of calm come over me. It was just what I needed to feel human again!

Fantastic Massage Yesterday I went for a message with Jennifer, before departing on a cycling trip during which I will be cycling a lot of miles in a short period of time. Amazing! My deep-tissue therapist was Alaina Gonzalez. She was incredible. I had some painful knots and lingering tension, and Alaina got into the worst of those spots. She has a positive genius for finding the mass of soreness, and was able to loosen me up to a point of relief, where it freed some restricted movement and allowed me to start healing. WOW, I feel like a new woman! Massage with Melissa is a wonderfully reviving experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Melissa is pleasant, professional, and highly skilled. Relaxing... This was my first massage in Melissa's new space. It was amazing! So relaxing! I was experiencing some discomfort in my upperback prior to my appointment...she worked through the knots and I feel as good as new! Looking forward to my next appointment!
